Nyoka Nicole Samuels, MSN Ed, RN, is an Integrative Nurse Champion and the founder of Excell Holistics, a holistic wellness practice that helps nurses, caregivers, and helping professionals recover from burnout and return to wholeness.
With more than 20 years of clinical nursing experience and deep cultural roots in Jamaica, the Bronx, and Akan/Ghanaian tradition, she created the Seven Healing Waters and Dimensions of Wellness framework and facilitates Soul Wellness Gatherings that weave evidence-based care together with cultural and spiritual grounding.
She is a co-author of The Courageous Pursuit of Authenticity, host of the Authen Tea Cally Nyoka podcast, and a member of Wawa Aba Wellness Corporation.
