Call time for speakers in the Green Room is 8:30 AM Pacific / 10:30 AM Central / 11:30 AM Eastern. This is our virtual backstage space—a chance to get settled, tech-checked, and connected before we go live.

How to get there:

1. Head to: http://minglevirtualoffice.com 

2. Click on the Conference Center building on the right

3. Look for the 3 orange buttons. Click the bottom one labeled “Conference Center.”

4. Agree to the Code of Conduct

5. You will be placed in the waiting room

6. Once admitted, select the breakout room called “Green Room.”
